11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of BUTTERFLY EFFECT PTE. LTD. and its affiliates under or in connection with this agreement, the software, and the services shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to BUTTERFLY EFFECT PTE. LTD. under this agreement in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability (if any).

These Terms of Service and your use of the Aidor.ai service shall be governed by the applicable laws of your country or region (excluding its conflict of law rules). Your use of the Aidor.ai application may also be subject to U.S. and other local, state, national, or international laws.

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the Aidor.ai service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting BUTTERFLY EFFECT PTE. LTD.
12.3 Specific User Terms
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
12.4 Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified and interpreted to achieve the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent permitted under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
